Thanks Lynn.
OH your April block is the one I saw with purple flowers! I knew I had seen someone do theirs in purples, I just couldn't remember who.
I am doing mine in purple as well.
Can't wait to get started on all those circles that are on this next one. NOT!!! haha

Way to go Heather. Nice colors. Soft and gentle.

Wonderful Lynn. I am going to have to stitch around my lighter leaves too. It does help the leaves pop. I just love to see four blocks together, it helps to imagine the entire quilt.

Just finished AND POSTED my March BOM which means I'm caught up with my projects for this quilt! I did a darker green outline type stitch on the Jan, Feb, Mar blocks because they needed a stronger green (I thought). Anyway, it gaave me some practice getting to know the stitaches and my machine better.

I am still plugging away at the March block - the ladies at my girl's dance class have had a good time watching me work on this one over the last few weeks. Dance is where I do most of my hand work anymore because it is the only 2 hour block of time I have a week where I don't have anything else to do, lol. Anyway, They have seen all stages - I was trying to lay out the peices at their first class of the month (and grumbling up a storm while I tried to figure out the tangled mess  ), the next week I had the basket down and was working between the handle and the left most stems (and continuing to grumble, lol   ) Last week I was a little further along then realized I had messed up and had to unstitch a bunch :x . The other ladies there are just amazed with this process though, and the first question I get anymore when I go in is "So where are you now on that flower quilt??" I only two more stems to go now, plus the star on the basket and I am done, so maybe I will get it this week. I can't wait to move on to the April block and be back on schedule.
