Just in case you are going to try the practice paper-piecing page in Sue's Introduction, I need to warn you that the scaling on that page is not correct. When you print out the practice page, the 1" x 1" square will NOT measure exactly 1" x 1", and the printed house block will NOT measure 4-1/2" x 4-1/2".

We are aware that it is wrong, but the rest of the patterns have been corrected. This will work fine for the practice piece, but when you print out the patterns for the rest of the BOM, please check to make sure that your test square measures EXACTLY 1" x 1".

You can see by this tiny error in sizing how quickly a mistake can multiply and the entire project can get out of whack!!

Sue means it when she says you need to "Measure accurately, cut accurately, stitch accurately and press accurately". It matters!
