I don't have a treadmill anymore, but I do walk my golden retriever every morning for 30 minutes. I got in the car to see just how far it was and we walk 1.6 miles every day very early in the morning before it gets too hot, say between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m. Then my exercise is over for the day. If the mood motivates me, I can go to water aerobics twice a week, but the mood REALLY has to be there, more often NOT.
So, start by walking to the mailbox, then go a little further on down the street, and a little further the next day and so on. Before you know it, you will be fit and trim. Judy in hot and humid AZ
