Hi, I did receive my package today -- yea! -- minus the 4-in-1 tool, but also minus the Masterpiece thread package I ordered, and there's no explanation about why that didn't come through ... strange ...

I got an email from the Shoppe and apparently they are refunding everyone for the 4 in 1 tool. I guess it won't be available until late fall. I kind of wish they would have just kept my order in limbo so I wouldn't have to order it again. It would be nice to have that option. Judy in Torrance

Watch your mailbox, Robin! The mail fairy delivered my order minus the 4 in 1 tool, today. Apparently the whole order got held up hoping the 4 in 1 tool would become available.

See...... If you whine, you get to eat your words. LOL

Hi, I've checked my accounts again, and you're right, I was charged in July, and today's entry was actually a credit for half of my original order, but it's more than what the 4-in-1 tool was, so evidently something else isn't coming through as well. I agree with Barbara, I'd like to have the rest of my order and I still want the 4-in-1 when it's available. Thanks, Robin

Robin and Ruth.... Yes, you have been extremely helpful! Ruth.... See my email address in my profile.

The 4 in 1 tool was one of the items I ordered. I don't want a refund.... Just send it when you can but send the rest of my order now. :-)

I have the first wooden stiletto and love that baby and want it's offspring. I use a rubber band around the one I have now to keep it from rolling away. I hear the new one stays in place. :-)

Hi Barbara, Have you tried contacting the Shoppe? I also placed an order in July, and then I got an email indicating one of the items wasn't in stock (Alex's 4 in 1 tool) and they were waiting for it. I wasn't charged then, though. Yesterday, I sent an email asking for the status, and this morning, I noticed my account had been charged, so I hope that means that the order is on the way ... The email address I have is mailto:info@thequiltshowshoppe.com. Hope that helps!

I guess I was not very clear. Sorry! I was being too diplomatic. How long does it take to get your order? Is the wait horribly long when you have placed one? I placed an order in July and was charged for it and still have not received it.

Every time I have ordered from The Quilt Show Shoppe, it's been very good. However, this evening, it sort of just froze up. I think the reason for that could be everyone ordering Ricky's Kaleidoscope dvd. I'll try again tomorrow.

Does anyone know the rule of thumb for getting an order filled from the Quilt Show Shoppe?
