:D :D :D Wow, I have never seen a quilt shop as large as Rosie's or with so much fabric. I could have spent a fortune!!!! I bought some beautiful fabrics to make a memory quilt of our vacation. Thank you for your help ladies. :D :D :D

Sounds like the trip to San Marcos would be well worth it. Check out Rosie's web site. She has some coupons for September on there.

Pam,

You must check out Alex's mentor, Eleanor Burns shop, "Quilt In A Day" in San Marcos which is in the NE area of the San Diego area. I found some really good buys on fabric and lots of gorgeous quilts hanging to admire.

:D :D I jst told DH that Rosie's has 18,000 bolts of fabric. He said 'That's scarey'!!! He wants the spare luggage space for model aircraft kits. We always bring over plenty of spare suitcases, thank goodness.

Rosie's, oh yes! It seems like it goes on forever. Her site is where I first learned about Ricky Tims' Seminars.

Hi

I am off to San Diego in a couple of weeks. I tried yellowbook.com and there seems to be quite alot of quilt shops in the area. Can anyone recommend which are their favourites, please. We will be in the northern part of the city. Thanks.
