Did you use a moving company for the move? I have found them very good at replacing damaged items. Of course those were government moves and it was years ago. Still, if a company did it, I would call your local dealer and find out the replacement cost and them file a claim with the moving company. Good luck!

Maybe you could contact your local Pfaff dealer and they could tell you. What a shame that the frame was damaged during the move. Will you get another one?

I have no experience with your machine, but I have had experience with lost manuals. Have you looked for it online? I have found manuals for all kinds of tools and machines online. Google it. You may be able to print out a new one.

I have a Pfaff Hobby 1200 and the Inspira frame with stitch regulator. From Washington we moved to California and the frame got ruined in the move. Can I still use the stitch regulator without the frame? I just now have my Pfaff on top of a table. Lost the manual also. Any help from this forum would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
