Dorothy, if you hurry you may still get there (giggle). They close today at 16.00 GMT. The next one will be in 2013. They normally manage to get an advert into the exhibitions section of British Patchwork & Quilting a couple of months before the event. I'll post about the next one as soon as I know details. I must admit I forgot this time (sorry, Dorothy) - too busy. :(

Moulton is a beautiful small village in Lincolnshire, and it has a quilt group. The ladies meet in a room in the old windmill and every two years they put together a wonderful quilt exhibition. Space is very limited, and seeing the quilts in this very unusual industrial environment it rather special. But most important: The ladies of the Moulton Quilt Group make everybody welcome, and the atmosphere is very relaxed and well worth the two hour drive each way for me. A big "Thank You" to all of them.

All the money they raise during the exhibition goes to the windmill for restoration and upkeep. The local people have been working on it for several years and I was told today that by October this year the sails will be back on. I can't wait to see it in all it's glory. Here are some pictures:
