You might search any information by Linda Taylor or Sue Patten. Both are known for two-sided show quilts. I had a class from Sue years ago where she discussed how to do it, but I don't remember the details. In her method, you end up splitting your quilt at the bottom of the hanging sleeve and end up having two quilts at the hanging sleeve location and you have to match up your quilting from the front to the back. Hopefully, you can find something online that explains the details. Good luck!

Help. I have searched the internet with no success. I can't remember where I saw it but several years ago I saw someone make a hanging sleeve for a double sided quilt. I have a small wall hanging that I'm making two sided, kind of a ying and yang. Any thoughts, ideas? Thank you for any suggestions.
