If you go to Dover Books website and do a search for Art Deco you will find a lot of books with inspiration for designing a quilt in Art Deco style. All Dover's books are royalty free so you will not get in trouble when using images from the books. This is what it says on their website:

I looked at Don Lin's work from one of the quilt episodes. I am looking for something with a bit softer look, does anyone out there have any ideas or pattern/books they could recommend.
