TOPIC: Pins, what kind are your favorite?

following along, as I realized yesterday I need some pins that aren't so LONG as the ones I have now, but no idea what kind to get. Will watch here and see what everyone says (sorry I"m no help, though!) :)

You must ask St Anthony to help you find your pins! it always works for me.

I seem to have lost my pins in my pincushion and a box of flower head pins as well. I think I even bought silk pins for a class I was taking. Since my sewing supplies are all over my search isn't complete until I cover bags I took to classes etc. (Wish there was a way of triggering a survey on this site or a poll)
So I was wondering what kind to buy to replace what I can't find. Any ideas???
