I have used spray baste on hand quilted quilts and have not had any trouble. My mom, who has been quilting for about 50 plus years just started using spray baste on her quilts which are all hand quilted and she really likes it.

I use the spray basting method for both hand and machine quilting and have not had any problems.

I can't help you but I'm looking forward to seeing the finished runner.

I've pieced a scrappy tablerunner and want to hand quilt it, but have only used spray basting on quilts that were machine quilted. What are the pros and cons of spray basting combined with handquilting? Batting is Hobbs 80/20.
TIA, Georgia
