Lindy, I did a quick search for your BOM and came up with this blog http://www.doodle-head.com/quilt/bom/afternoontea.asp It may be some help. I also saw the pattern booklet for sale on Etsy. Hopefully somebody else on this site has done the block and will have some insight for you.

I see this pattern from Judy Flanagan of Quilter's Coop (no longer in business) was discussed back in 2010...but it's 2012 and I am starting this project and the blocks are not 8 1/2 inches as required in the pattern...anyone out there?
