I have been on the computer to get the Windows 7 update. They finally are shipping it to me this week.
And staples will install it for 12.99 and then I am good to go.

What Artista version do you have? V4, V5, V6? V4 will not work on Vista. Good reason to update software!

Does your laptop have the ability to use XP? When I purchased my computer it, Vista was automatic and the tech wiped that out and installed XP. I believe the computer came with the ability to do that. I paid extra for the labor to do that but it was worth it (to me).

I have a new computer and new software came with it. Now my Bernina Embroidery Software Installation CD will not support it. I think I have to take it back to Staples and ask the IT person to fix it. I think I read a few weeks ago someone else has this problem. What did you do : Oh, its the new Vista program.
