Marsha, I was not familiar with Alex's pattern chopsticks, so I looked it up on her website. I am posting the picture because I think you will get more suggestions ideas
if people see what you are talking about. With 2 inch squares, if you love the way you top turned out you could just do stitch in the ditch on the squares and for a little
extra emphasis on the the chop stick you could ditch stitch them also. I zoomed in on the one on her website, and it looks like she used the chop stick as the angle for
stitching parallel lines to the angle of the chop stick. They do not look measured and not ruler straight. More organic like she just guesstimated about a half inch or maybe
1/4 inch for distance between the lines. It looked good. HelenW

I made Alex’s wonderful chopsticks pattern using loose weave Guatemalan fabrics. It is a scrappy quilt with 2 inch squares.

I am finally getting around to quilting it and have absolutely NO ideas.

Can anyone help?
