Although it is not my preferred method I have done that on many customers quilts over the years. No issues but the quilting does need to go over the pieces in such a way that it will hold them down should the fusible fail down the road. Good luck.

I plan to use the accuquilt feathers to surround a Texas Star. I am a bit on a time constraint. Has anyone just quilted over them instead of stitching each individual one down? They will be fused down. Any words of wisdom would be so appreciated.
