"Sleepover" might well be a misnomer

Rosemary and Lorna - I can just see you now - sort, sort, baste, baste. You ladies use your time together wisely!
Don't forget we are also planning on getting to The Quilt Museum, which is just up the road in York too

Rosemary...that would imply I had my top done! But I should get it done by the sorting date. I usually pin baste, how about you?
2 x quilt as you go - straight pin basting
1 x lapquilt/quillow - straight pin basting- actually I don't think that one counts, because I don't think I quilted that one!
2x Sorting hats - spray basting
1 x 6' x 6'6" quilt - spray basting

I was thinking of probably spray basting with a bit of washable thread on the sides. But 2 has got to make it easier than one! (if we can find the time  )

Only been going since the New Year - it can be worth while having a nosy into any of the red marked circles/subjects

Rosemary,

Your HST quilt is wonderful. I really, really really need to get busy and finish the border on mine so I can start the quilting process. Which means I really need to clean up all of the little stacks of reel blocks on the floor of my sewing room.

Lorna
I'll help baste yours, if you'll help baste mine! 8) - there wasn't any plans for sleeping when you come up, was there?

Rosemary, I have exactly the same problem with my 6 1/2 x 24 ruler. The ruler is perfect but the lines are nearly gone. I have put some glow line tape on the almost non-existant lines which helps.
