It was the safari setting, not the privacy setting. Janet

Thanks, I finally got it to work. Had to go into settings on my iPad. I think it was the privacy setting and allow the iPad to do auto fill. At least I think that is how I did it. Thanks for all the suggestions. Janet

On the new site, when you are on the login page, there is a little checkmark box under where you put your user name, (on my iPad it is under the login name, on the PC it is to the right) to "remember me" and if you check that, it should auto fill that each time you visit the site.

I'm not much of an expert on my ipad but I noticed lately that when the keyboard comes up on the screen for me to type in my password for TQS, there is a notice right at the top that asks if I want to autofill. I tap it and don't have to type all that other stuff in anymore.
I never even had to do that until I updated to that 8 or 8.1 thing!

You know I am not certain but I think if you have cookies enabled it should be asking you when you go to sign in. When in doubt I always restart my computer which sometimes helps.

If you access the site through Chrome it will ask if you want it to remember your password - the same with Safari. Like Norma it remembers my email and password and I just have to click 'submit' each time.

Since the new site launched I can't get my iPad to recognize me on TQS. With the old site I did have to enter my password, but not my email or user name each time. Hope this can be corrected, but it is a small price to pay. Love TQS!!!!! :cheer:

I use LastPass and it remembers the log in information. I have to click on the button but I'm pretty sure that's how I first set it up. LastPass has a automatic log in choice too. Don't know if the program works on Macs, but my guess is that it does.

I'd like to know how to do this also. On my Ipad, I have to sign in each time. Don't see a setting for this...

I also would LOVE it if my laptop would also keep my sign in instead of me signing in every time I want to see the site... and that is multiple times a day. Many other sites give you a box to check that says something like "Stay signed in".

Anyone know if this can be done on TQS?

Did you check the settings in your Ipad to allow it to remember your password? There must be a way because I never type it in on mine,

When accessing the site on my iPad, it is a pain to have to sign in each time. Tapping on the username and password buttons is tricky because they are so small.

Is there a way for the site to permanently remember my sign in info so I don't have to sign in each time?
