PosyP OFFLINE Posts: 4106 Thank you received: 361	Heard on the news yesterday that some of the sheep farmers in Wales are having to deal with snow drifts as deep as 8 metres - that is 26.5 feet! :shock: on top of lambing season, this is starting off a very, very hard year for them.

Just sneeking in from the MIL's. Compared to Yorkshire, the south coast of Hampshire almost seems balmy! We went from 1 degree C to 5 degrees, but the wind is still very 'lazy' (it goes right through you, because it is too lazy to go around you

) Mind you the the worst evidence of snow we saw was as we went through Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire - I did wave to you both Wendy & Lorchan as we drove past!
