There is also The Back Door General Store in downtown Whitefish. It is a very small quilt shop and gift store. (Kill two birds with one stone?) They have a lot of McKenna Ryan's patterns and quilts, as she is a local! If you Google the store, you will find a map as to where they are.

And, there is Big Sky Quilts in Great Falls, and Creative Stitches and Prickly Pear in Helena. Again, just google them and print yourself out a little map, and you will be all set! Have Fun!

(My favorite is Glaciar Quilts at the north end of Kalispell, which Sherry already mentioned! It is right across 93 from Costco!)

I am actually in Missoula today and am heading to Timeless Quilts. I found another one called Vicki's Quilts Down Under that I am going to check out.

Kalispell has two good shops I know of. Glacier Quilts is on Hwy 93 when you are heading to Whitefish. It is in the same parking lot as a big sporting goods store. Also Quilt Gallery, which is a Bernina store. In Missoula I like Timeless Quilts on Reserve Street. And if you are going through Seeley Lake, I really like Deer Country Quilts. Have a fun trip!

What are some "must see" quilt shops in NW Montana? I have a family wedding in Great Falls with time in Helena and 3 days in the Whitefish area doing a mini reunion with my brothers. I am assuming we'll be coming back through Missoula/Bozeman. I've done a web search but just wondering if there are any that stand out. I'm likely only going to talk "the brothers" into a couple of stops but may be able to get my SIL to do a shop hop in the Whitefish/Kalispell area.
