We had a strange, in fact almost total rubbish post (something about marriage dresses for congential abunda that have endured for several years :? ) that was obviously spam, so Rita reported it to head office, and it has now been removed - but not before we had a bit of fun at their expense.

Well I for one am glad that the marriage dresses for "congenital abunda" are gone! They were ghastly :!:

that is what i did !! some slice of lemon some ice cubes and some fresh mint in, that is great! and tea fruits i tried it as well but not in a conventional way, but from stawebery leaves (from the plants) and some lavendel (very very little other wise it is like drinking soap).
steer it with hot water, make it very very concetrated and keep it in the freege when needed. as well
nes cafe with some ice cold water it is great!! some times i add Stivia leaves to it, and some times not (as well from a plant not from a shop other wise i dont know what there is in)
success to all!

DH (who is also trying to ose weight) has transfered to drinking chilled sparkling water with ice & lemon instead of alchol (beer)- just a thought for you to perhaps try.

Alternatively if you can find a fruit tea that you like, make it up before hand and but it in the fridge to chill and have with ice cubes (always assuming you are any good at forward planning that is - I tend to fail dismally at this  )

WHOO - HOO! - CONGRATULATIONS to you!

I bet that feels wonderful to have got moving at last in a downward direction.

I thought that I was going to have another upwards blip whilst on holiday last week - as you say it is when eating outside the home that it gets difficult - but I managed to get to under 11 stone, which I am pleased about.

hi rosmary, i was disable from the TQS for few days, that is why i am answer with a delay.

with me as i said, try the most of the diet, following religiously to the letter, until now not even one gram left me for good..

i cant say that i dont get more weight, because i keep fluid (i dont know the term) in my body, so some times i get scared to see
that i gained 5 kg in 12 hours, but lucky me it gets off after few days and i am back to my 'traditional' weight .

i think after all it is an easy diet to follow! but not when you are out side of home, that is a continue struggle, but as i said i am the best student ever, and stand against all the temptations.

i hope you will get soon to the wished weight!! (as i wish for my self)

have a great summer (?)

cheers

A day early this week, but just a check in as to how you are doing. Failing that done any interesting sewing?

for myself, the cheese cake did much worse damage than I thought (up to 11 st 4 lb  ) and meant that it took until the end of the week to get back to where I started from. Bodies are funny things when you start trying to change them around. Hope to be a bit more succcesful this week and break the 11 stone barrier (going downwards)
