I googled his name and several places that sell his patterns came up. You would have to check with them to see where they ship.

I have fallen in love with Chris Timmins' bargello quilt patterns. Actually I've already made two bargello quilts, so there is a bit of a theme developing. Unfortunately I don't think anyone sells them in the UK. Can anyone point me towards a source?
