Here's a close second to the fabric I was looking for. The one that I don't know the name of or the company has wheat like this in bundles. But this will work fine for my thatched roof. Thank you all so much for helping

Quiltshops.com is also a great resource. And this has been a good discussion re: finding a fabric. But where is the original poster? We're all trying to help out and make suggestions..........I kinda appreciate a small "thank you".

I always check quiltshops.com when I'm looking for a particular fabric. Then I check each one and compare prices. I frequently find it on sale somewhere. :o

Don't underestimate the search engines. Google whatever you know about the subject, such as the fabric manufacturer, name of specific collection, even number of the fabric if you have it - I mean the specific number assigned to the fabric. If you find no results, start whittling down your criteria - be LESS specific. By the way, I google everything before I buy it online, and I find who has it on sale, best price, etc. Have you ever tried the images part of google? Type in log cabin quilt and you get hundreds of pictures. Type in a quilt artist you know, and you will get pictures of them and their quilts, and other things related. Type in "quilts Ricky" and you get the obvious, but you may also find out about another quilter named Ricky as well. I'm gaga over google! :D

Sorry haven't found it yet even with Google and Ebay. Although I found a passable substitute on Ebay. But I sure appreciate all the help.

Google Baby! Found your fabric in seconds at Shoreline Handwerks. Note the spelling. I'm sure there are other sources, but once I found one, I stopped looking. ALWAYS GOOGLE!! :) Hey there happens to be some yardage on ebay as well. ALWAYS CHECK EBAY!! Good luck, and all of you out there, be more aggressive in your searches. Seek and ye shall find!
