Hi Florence,
I don't know where there are any shops in the southern part of the state... We have a few nice ones "up in our neck of the woods"
Good luck.. just do a google search for them...
Have fun,
Sue

too bad no one's figured a way to transmit fragrance over the 'net!

I'm going to be in VT in 2 weeks but not as far north as you, but if anyone knows any good quilt stores I think we'll be going straight up 95 into CT then up 91 to Putney VT (near Brattleboro). I don't know how patient my travel buddies will be but I'm willing to test them!!

Greetings from the Green Mountain State~

We're not exactly a quilt shop. but quilters love to use our balsam in unique projects. Check it out at www.vtbalsam.com
Look for the picture of ALEX ANDERSON with our balsam in the slide show on our home page!

My husband and I produce our dried balsam here in Vermont. We're featured in Thimbleberries "Christmas Punch" pattern book, where she makes the balsam bundles.
Our balsam will also be shown in the Martha Stewart Holiday Issue coming out November 17th.
