Hi, I would like to know if anyone had the same problem as me with thier sewing machine and what was the resolution....any input will be appreciated...

I have a 'ELNA 6005' and on and off when I put the machine on the needle start to vibrate and get frozen with code error #01.I shut it off and let it stand for awhile.When try to put it on later sometimes it work sometimes doesn't. When it work is working with no problems. I even asked for information about this problem the 'ELNA' customer service on line and they didn't know ,refering me to go to a shop that sevice sewing machine. Well, I knew that but wanted to go with some information and some knowledge ...also is hard for the sewing machine to be check when the incident is on and off with no indication of the cause....thank mailto:you....marta......martamanole@yahoo.com
