How To on memory on my Bernina Aurora 440 QE 30 May 2009 12:01 #35672

Can someone please explain how you put a certain stitich into memory, and then how to make the machine go to that stitich. I have tried using the instruction book, and I can't make it work. I want to set up a straight stich that is a 10 stitch length, and one that is a 240 stitch length, so I can just push a "1" or a "2" to have the machine go to that stitch. I live far from town, so I have been unable to attend a class.

I will appreciate any help someone can provide.

Thanks, Carolyn

FYI to anyone who has this problem:
Someone answered me, on another forum. You can set your zigzag stitch up to 0 width and whatever stitch length you want, and that can be your second memory stitch. I wanted it this way, so I could start out with a very close stitch, to keep it from coming undone, and then go to a longer stitch for the rest of my sewing.
