I don't know if this is allowed or not, but our community of Redding, CA was devastated by the Carr Fire with 1079 homes destroyed this past month. Our quilt guild is trying to provide quilts for each household as the owners and families start over with their lives. We are collecting quilts, (lap size and larger) for our friends and neighbors who lost their homes in the Carr Fire. .
