Thank you, Margo! I have had the book on order with amazon since April. I just got another email asking me if I still wanted them to keep trying to obtain the book.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
According to the AQS site: "This item is Not Yet Printed, and Not Yet Available. It will be backordered and sent when available. The estimated ship date is 10/12/2010."
