stitchdiva OFFLINE Posts: 2 Thank you received: 9	yes I run it through my printer ust cut the freezer paper the same size as the paper and iron only the top 1/8' then feed it through with the ironed edge first ...you may have to change your settings to thick paper but it works great. If you buy quilters freezer paper it is thicker and feeds through. i only load one page at a time

I, too, will be using traditional PP and print to my laser printer. I am more frustrated by my ink jet printer than by removing the papers from a pp project. Plus, I feel more confident that I will NOT have any sizing problems. I have experienced shrinkage with the freezer paper method. The idea of trying to fit a curved item that has just a bit of size problem doesn't sound like fun.

Try finishing one house to see the whole finished unit. That way if you make a mistake you only have to rip one out and make adjustments.HelenW

Do we trim to 1/4 inch or not when sewing to the above window piece? It doesn't say. Thanks for your help, so far lots of fun!

Hello Pammo: There is a video on how to use the Message Thread here on the Forum. The video is called "Getting Ready" and is located under Learn. To get there, go to LEARN (Classes and BOM) in the main menu. The drop down menu will show Block of the Month- click that and you will see "BOM 2021". Click that and Scroll down to "Instructional Videos" . The third instructional video is GETTING READY. Barbara explains how to utilize the message thread, starting at about 19:08. I need to review it again myself. It's very helpful.

It may be in one of her "intro" videos. I'd look there for right now. She told how to respond and include the original message to which you are responding. And she told how to include a photo.
