All of the Block of the Month patterns are only available on The Quilt Show for the year they were the BOM. Sizzle was the 2019 BOM so that ended December 31, 2019. The Quilt Show has a one year license with the designer for the BOM.
The good news is the designer, Becky Goldsmith, has published this pattern and it is available from her or other retailers:
I just tried to download it as the website still indicates that this BOM is available...there is no verbiage stating that it is only available by purchase.

Sizzle was a previous BOM, only the current year's BOM is available to us. Once a new year comes along, the rights to the older one revert to the designer.
