I know some of you are scared of falling behind. While it is great to keep up with a “block of the month”, life sometimes intervenes. It’s not a catastrophe to get behind. Wherever you are, find ways to use bits of time for prep, cutting pieces, printing and separating paper patterns, etc. If you have to wait until you have 4 hours of uninterrupted time before you START, you’ll never get done. I always have something out by the machine, ready to sew whenever I have time. Just use the time you have to plug away at the process. As long as you are moving forward, that’s a success. Some months you may keep up, some months you may catch up. Most important: enjoy the process and create when and as you can.
