I believe that after the first of the year TQS no longer has rights to the quilt pattern. In the past I think the designer then could take the pattern and market how they like.

I've been trying to find out if this pattern will be available for sale after this year. I work at a quilt shop and have had many people ask where they can purchase this pattern. I have told them to join TQS before 2015 if they want to get this pattern, but what about after the first of the year? My boss is very interested in selling this pattern in her shop.
