rehak OFFLINE Posts: 2783 Thank you received: 458	I'm not doing this project, but I think that if you match the needle size to the thread you are using, then the thread should pretty well fill the holes. If you are using a thinner thread, then I would probably try a smaller needle. Maybe test a smaller needle on a scrap to see if you have any problems.

jansk44 OFFLINE Posts: 338 Thank you received: 69	I have a bernina 830 and am using a 90/14 needle, but the holes are so big. Will the letters fray with time and washing. I am using soft fuse and it seems to be working. Janet
