Just wanted to let you all know about a fusible product I found for raw edge applique. It is called Fusi-Bond: Lite and it is made by Lazy Girl Designs. A Facebook friend recommended it and I have been trying it. It works great! The difference between Fusi-Bond and Lite Steam-a-Seam 2 is that the Fusi-Bond is not sticky. That could be a good or a bad thing, depending on the application. It comes in yardage. I bought mine from Sew Thankful, but I'm sure if you Googled it, other shops may carry it. It is reasonably priced too. It fuses pretty quickly and doesn't gum up the needle when stitching around it. I'm not affiliated in any way with the product or where I got it, I just wanted to offer an alternative to Steam-a-Seam until it comes back on the market again. Happy fusing! :D
