A few years ago, while watching Simply Quilts, Alex Anderson had made a heart quilt using doilies...Somehow she either sewed or pasted the doily on a block and then cut it in quarters and then sewed sashing to the block...I'm trying to find the pattern for this quilt...It was gorgeous from what I remember....
