I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all of you wonderful people on this forum!! I recently had my Bernina 830 in for her “spa” treatment. When I was testing stitches, I found all if my sideways motion stitches were grayed out!!! So, I Googled my problem and found the fix right here on this forum!!! Who knew if I just lowered the presser foot, all would magically be ok again???!!! Thank you all again!!
