You can put the designs onto a USB from your computer and then put the USB stick into the machine and it will read the designs from there. We got this for my mother and she likes it. Not perfect, but a very nice machine for her. Before doing any new projects make sure to always test the tension on your fabric. Any smaller issues we had were very easy to fix.
