A couple of years, I think. It's just odd. I'll take it in this week. Bad timing, though. I probably won't have it back before Christmas.

Sorry, not sure what to think of this. I just unpacked my 830 today, but can't find the 110V cord to even try to plug in and turn on. I do recommend taking it in. How long have you had it?

I went to turn on my Bernina 750QE today, probably for the first time in a couple of months. I got the initial screen, and then I waited, and waited, and eventually the screen turned gray and the whole thing started over again. Just kept doing that, and never did completely boot up. And yes, I tried turning it off and turning it on again.

Any hints before I haul her off to the dealer?
