Jan, if that happened to me, I would be talking to my dealer. There must be a reason that function is not working and for the price of your machine, you should not be expected to seek
workarounds. I have a vague recollection reading that others had a similar issue (don't remember whether it was the 5 series or the 7 series machine) and the adjustment was made by the technician. Wish you the best in getting your machine taken care of.
