I have not had this happen. But you might try putting an empty bobbin on the bobbin winder just to see if something happens then. It sounds like it thinks it's still winding the bobbin...just guessing though.

Already did (830 group) and called dealer - hasn't had it happen before. Just looking for anyone else that might have experienced this before I take the queen into the dealer for service. Thanks!

Hey guys,

My machine is doing something super weird. I went to wind a bobbin today and I thread it, the screen comes up, and I punch the button and nothing happens. I have tried turning her off overnight and rebooting, placing a brand new bobbin on, cleaning the little window sensors, switching from sewing to embroidery module and back.. Anyone else dealt with this hiccup?
