No! You can't use the 440 oil in the 820/830 machines. They have changed to a lighter oil - if you compare the oils, the older 440 style oil is yellow and the 820/830 oil is clear.
The tube of lubricant that came with my machine has vanished. Does anyone know if I can use the oil I use on my 440? Or if something else will work? Thanks.
