The Bernina technicians are usually supposed to do that for you as you could really mess things up. I think you could find it with some hardcore Googling as I have seen the answer on several forums during my travels.

Can anyone tell me how to determine the number of hours a machine has been used? I have a 185 E and I think there is a button someplace that I can push to display it, but for the life of me I can't find the information. Thanks for any help ya'll can give!
