I think you can't plan every last detail until you move in, work there for awhile and get a feel for the light, temperature, work patterns, etc. So for now, get what is necessary to get working/sewing and the rest will come along.

I am in the process of completing a lofty barn which 10 x 16 for a quilting studio. The insulation, drywall go in next. Electric is done. I have cubes to store my fabric. Any ideas of how to furnish it? I know my colors will be in various shades of aqua and teal moldings and trim inside. there are 2 4 foot lofts. I will use them for storage and I was thinking about using closet pole across the top to hang and display finished quilts and at the same time hide my storage containers. is this good idea?
