BJ, Be sure to give us a heads up as to where and when this quilt will be shown. Where is HMQS in May?

That's an impressive amount of work that went into your quilt, BJ--so glad you had fun making it. Congratulations on a job well done!

Lois, As for details, the zoom on the quilt is pretty good. I think if you zoom far in you can see all the details possible by camera. :D

Thank you ! It is brand spanking new and will debut in HMQS in May. Just before I finished it I realized it was too narrow for AQS. It is only 27 inches wide, and they had a minimum of 30 inches wide, except for Paducah and Lancaster, but it was too late for those. So I decided to go ahead and post pictures of it and submit it to several other shows.
It was a six month project (a lot of hours a week), and I loved making it. I decided to make a cotton quilt next...hahahaha. I think I unstitched as much as I stitched on the quilt. I have submitted it to several other shows. We'll see what happens. I might try it and its companion quilt "Canterbury Silk" in Houston this year, but it's hard to get in there.

Congratulations BJ. We need to see details. I was so excited I forgot to look at the details available on the daily blog. Going back to check it out. What a lot of work! So much technical stuff involved. Has it been in many shows?

It's an amazing quilt. I want to see it for real. Check out the details on the daily blog.
