How can I pirchase a gift certificate on this new site? It was so easy on the old site, I have bought one every year for several years, now I can't find how to do it. I am so frustrated! I queried the staff and they said I have to set up an account in the persons name? This Is too crazy. Tell me I am missing something here. Janet
