Is there a difference between a "Lone Star" quilt and a "Star of Bethlehem" quilt? I was under the impression that the Star of Bethlehem has a set number of diamonds, but I am confused. I am planning to do a central star (big), surrounded by many Ohio stars. Any advice would be welcome. --Nadia
