Annie, can you remeasure the ones you made? They should be 7 5/8" finished size along the long side. So measure from the tip of the point along the outer edge of log piece 9. If it's 7 5/8" you are good. If it's a bit small, if it were me, rather than remake all triangles, I'd take off log pieces 8 and 9 (which are the last two logs) and cut new ones that are oversized. Perhaps make them 1/2" or more wider for each. Then I'd trim them down so the long sides are 7 5/8" PLUS a 1/4" seam allowance on each side. I think that would make them 8 1/8" with the seam allowances along the long sides. Does this make sense?
If you still want to remake all of your triangles, let me know and I can send you the template. I kept all the master templates on my PC, plus I printed one off on regular paper to check the size before I printed them onto the stabilizer. I kept the paper master in my notebook, so I only cut and sewed on the stabilizer ones. Do you have the master template on your computer? If so, try printing it out on paper and measure it to see if it's 7 5/8". On my printer, I had to click to choose scaling = 0 or 100% - can't remember which. Then I measured the paper to make sure it was the right size.
HTH!
