Donna, the tech people don't monitor the forum. Please send Bob a request explaining your difficulty.
On the purple bar, under DAILY BLOG, click on CONTACT US from the drop-down menu.
When you "Select a Subject/Department", click on "Website Tech Support" from the drop-down menu.
Fill out the text box and click CONTINUE to send the message.
