Thanks Nancy. This looks easy enough. Now I just have to finish the quilting. Maureen

I show how I faced my latest quilt in this blog post: http://dizzydogquilting.blogspot.com/2017/08/feather-study-28-finished-another.html. I had written a previous post with a slightly different method, but that must have been on TQS so it's lost now. Looks like I'll have to rewrite that one!

I own Quilting by Improvisation: Exploring Curves, Openwork and Dimension Paperback – September 1, 2007
by Vikki Pignatelli. In it she gives very detailed instructions on how to do it. Amazon has it for as low as 99 cents.

Hi~I have two small art quilts that I want to face rather than doing a traditional binding. I read through the earlier posts (from 2008) and could not follow either of the threads that were mentioned. Does anyone have any suggestions/instructions on how to face a quilt? Thanks!
