How adorable is that?! I also see a few other sea creatures in there or is it just my imagination?

I love your turtle too! What a fun project. I enjoyed that show too. I may have to give it a try. Susan Carlson made it look so easy and fun. Your turtle will be a nice addition to your guild show.

I watched the Sernedipity Quilt show by Susan Carlson and thought it would be fun to try to make
on with all of my scraps I have saved for applique.
I found a clip art of a turtle and transfer it to a piece of white fabric.
Then I started to cutting, piecing and gluing. My turtle L.J. is 16x20 and if I
do another one it would not be any bigger. I machined quilted the top when I was done.
It was a lot of fun to make and I am putting it in our guilds Quilt Show in May.
