If you haven't quilted it yet, there's also the pillowcase method-Backing right side up, top wrong side up, batting. Sew around the entire thing, make sure you catch the batting, leaving about 7-8 inches open to turn it inside out. Whip stitch it closed.

Vicki Pignatelli describes her technique of creating a facing for the quilt which is then brought to the back and sewn down, so that no binding or facing shows on the front. Check her out.
